Ming Garden’s very
own Executive Chef Daneh, a certified chef with a wide spectrum of culinary arts
explained the main objective of serving a Thai themed buffet dinner this November
is to illustrate their appreciation for Thai cuisine. Trained in Thailand, he
hopes to fuse his Thai culinary experience among the locals and foreign guests.
“I hope those who are unfamiliar with Thai food are open in sending their taste
buds to a new height as we serve only the best quality and fresh ingredients to
our guests daily” he added.
One of the main highlights of the Thai
Buffet Dinner is also a live fruit carving demonstration held every Saturday of
the week done by our talented local chef – A crowd pleaser and a welcoming
gesture in an artistic manner.
